Interview with 4 time Emmy nominee Anne Marie Cummings, Conversations in L.A.

Emmy nominated Director, Writer, and Actress Anne Marie Cummings has received 4 Emmy nominations in the past 3 years. She is the first woman to receive nominations for Digital Series Acting, Writing, and Directing.

Five  years ago she was running a theater company on the East Coast, when she decided it was time for her next career move. She moved across the country and began working on her appropriately titled critically acclaimed 8x Emmy nominated and 2x Indie Series Award winning single shot series Conversations in L.A.(Amazon Prime).

The conversations couples have are some of the most interesting in the world and Anne Marie using her signature direction brings the audience into the room creating the opportunity for the audience to feel like they are part of the intimate conversations people are having.

At the center of Conversations in L.A. are Michelle and Gus polar opposites drawn to each other like moths to the flame, over the course of 3 seasons they experience love, the art of give and take, and the importance of being honest as possible in the nicest way possible. The final episode of season 3 Coffee and Rum showcases the incredible chemistry Anne Marie shares with guest star Golden Globe nominee Justin Kirk (Weeds) along with her gifted direction.
